SOFT-SHIELD® 4000 Foil over Foam Gaskets

SOFT-SHIELD® 4000 commercial-grade EMI gaskets are constructed in rectangular cross sections from closed cell urethane foam that is machine wrapped with a fabric-reinforced aluminum foil. This combination provides high shielding performance, conformability and toughness. Thin cross sections make them ideal for access panel, back plane or I/O connector panel shielding. Standard, conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive provides secure attachment without compromising shielding performance. This series offers both UL 94V-0 and UL 94 HB rated versions. Shielding performance is greater than 90 dB from 20 MHz to 1 GHz.
