CHO-THERM® 1680 Thermal Insulators

CHO-THERM® 1680 insulators provide an interface between surface mount components and PCBs. High tack PSA is available on one or both sides. CHO-THERM 1680 pads are composed of a polyimide film beneath a layer of boron nitride-filled silicone. 1680 pads transfer heat away from mounted components without the need for clamping force.
