DESCRIPTION:
PARKER "US" SERIES U-RINGS are of symmetrical back-beveled lip design. "US" U-Ring seals are designed to solve specific heavy duty hydraulic sealing problems. The symmetrical design allows for interchangeability between rod and piston applications. Parker "US" U-Rings are dimensioned to be interchangeable with many styles and sizes of other Parker products such as PolyPak Seals and non-symmetrical U-Rings. This permits direct substitution in the same grooves when unexpected problems arise. While the back-beveled lips do provide some sealing in the reverse direction, these seals should be used only for unidirectional applications.
