For the next step in semiconductor sealing systems, the patented Evolve delivers unparalleled plasma resistance and phenomenal seal cleanliness by using an integrated PTFE shield as its plasma barrier.  It has been engineered to be completely customizable by allowing the PTFE shield to be placed exactly where plasma attack is harshest - be in on the ID, OD, radial face, or some combination thereof.
