(00:04): The last few years, we've been on an amazing journey, and I'm excited you get to meet some of the people who've stepped up to reinvent and to lead our company. We've seen huge changes in the seal industry. It's maturing, it's consolidating. Tribal knowledge is retiring out quicker than it's being replaced, so it's getting harder and harder for customers to get the focus, the support they need. We're doing something about that.
