Bob earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Accounting from California State University, Chico, and is a CPA, inactive status. He is a current member of the Parker Engineered Materials Group DAC and was its President for 10 years. He was a past member of the Bay Area Tech Source and a Speaker and Panelist, at the Council of Logistics Management Annual Conference. During his tenure at DHL Worldwide express, he was Chair of the ACCA International Trade Policy Committee. He was with DHL Express for 15 years, starting as Director of Audits and leaving as VP of Operations.
Bob grew up in Northern California, lives in Mill Valley, California with his wife Becky, and has two adult daughters. He is a lifetime member of the St. Ignatius Fathers Club, an active member of the Olympic Club, and a patron of three SF-based primary education schools for the children of the underserved residents of San Francisco. He enjoys golf, bicycling, hiking, skiing, and traveling to his mother’s native land Italy.

President of Darcoid, Alex Loback ensures that we are successful and in alignment with our ambitions and core purpose. She celebrates 10 years with Darcoid and offers over 15 years of experience in business operations.
As president of Darcoid, she is responsible for setting a vision and making sure we are aligned and integrated with our partners' missions. Alex is responsible for clearing the path for each contributor to help accomplish their goals, driving the company’s success. She offers expertise in people development and crisis management.
In 2009, Alex earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics at Boston College. Alex is currently enrolled in Harvard Business School, Owner President Manager Executive Education Program, 2021 - 2023
Alex previously worked at CrestTec for their first 5 years. She oversaw the day-to-day management of procurement and operations. With her there, CrestTec was able to optimize processes and create change for company growth, success, and continuous improvement.
In Alex’s free time, she enjoys painting, hiking, and live music. Alex was a dedicated volunteer leader for the Entrepreneurs Organization of San Francisco. For two and a half years, she held the position of Learning Chair

Becky’s background is in finance. She spent time on Wall Street as a salesperson of debt instruments to “institutional accounts” including the State Treasury Departments or Washington, Oregon, and California, Corporate Treasury operations, including ARCO, and Disney, and Fund Managers including Frankin Funds, Trust Company of the West, and Western Asset Managers. She transitioned to become a portfolio manager of asset and liability monies for a privately held bay area insurance company,
Her finance background enables her to be a valuable member of the Darcoid Advisory Board.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Economics and Business at UC Santa Barbara and has completed graduate work in Business Administration.
Becky grew up in Southern California, is a beach girl at heart, and lives with her husband Bob, in Mill Valley, California. Becky and Bob are the parents of two adult daughters. She is a Past President of the Marin Chapter of the National Charity League, is active in the Outdoor Art Club, and an active member of the Olympic Club, and along with Bob, a patron of three SF-based primary education schools for the children of the underserved residents of San Francisco. Nand Patel joined Darcoid over 19 years ago and offers 26 years of experience in quality, materials, engineering, and product development. As Director of Business and Product Development, Nand is responsible for discovering new business opportunities, finding new-to-market products, and capabilities and understanding customer needs.
Nand has led the quality department at Darcoid for 17 years, guaranteeing high-quality products. He built the Zero Defect Quality System to ensure Darcoid was aligned with Customer's Quality requirements and manufacturing partners. A system that is efficiently designed for continuous process improvements and quality audits to drive quality upstream. Nand continues to mentor, lead, and train the quality department.
Nand is also a member of the Senior Leadership Team at Darcoid. As a member of this team, Nand helps strategize the company’s future by understanding different divisions. Nand offers his expertise in filtration, life sciences, the medical field, material recommendations, design help, and new product development.
Studying in India, Nand earned his Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering with applied Polymer Science. He later earned his Master’s degree at the University of Toledo. In his free time, Nand enjoys watching football, basketball, baseball, and cricket.

Brian is Darcoid’s Director of Finance and Critical Resources. He has financial oversight over the business, including all accounting and financial responsibilities. In his role, he is in charge of business financing, budgeting and forecasting. Other responsibilities also include human resources, benefits, insurance, and IT.
Brian enjoys talking to people, and spends a lot of time working on big projects such as automation and software implementations with third-party technology partners, and. He led the transformation of the accounting processes by overhauling its previous function and digitizing it into its current state. Over the past 10 years, he has helped the team and different departments find ways to improve the way they do their jobs in both effectiveness and efficiencies. This is due in part to his great understanding of how a business runs from both a financial standpoint and the function of a business.
Brian joined Darcoid in 2012 and has 17 years total of experience in accounting. Prior to his role at Darcoid, Brian worked in public accounting and also spent time working in finance for tech start-ups.
Brian earned a degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara. During his free time, Brian enjoys swimming and spending time with his family, wife and kids. When given the chance, he also loves traveling to Hawaii and Italy. Brian is a huge baseball and basketball fan – Golden State Warriors and San Francisco Giants to be exact.

Rob Domgaard is an industry veteran. He is a seal expert, specializing in inside sales. He offers over 20 years of experience in the seal industry. Rob joined Darcoid 10 years ago and leads our Inside Sales Department. He is responsible for streamlining the quote and NPI processes by implementing an efficient system to provide the right solutions for our customers. Rob has developed strong relationships with manufacturing partners. In 2016, he greatly contributed to helping Darcoid win Parker’s Good for Growth award.
He offers his expertise in sourcing materials, MRO and OEM, profile recommendations, and tribal knowledge. Rob offers expansive knowledge in markets such as life sciences, general industries, and fluid power. In Rob’s free time, he enjoys reading fiction, running, and playing basketball.

Patrick has been with Darcoid for 12 years, holding various roles in Leadership, Supply Chain and Logistics, Customer Fulfillment, Program Management, and Technology, and also serving on Darcoid’s Leadership Team for 5 years. As Director of Operations and Process Innovation, his focus is on identifying and implementing technologies to provide innovative services to customers, benchmarking and developing processes internally and externally, and improving the physical flow of goods through Darcoid’s international network.
Patrick has an in-depth knowledge of the processes, tools, and data that drive Darcoid, both through the management and processing of physical goods as well as information shared between Darcoid, customers, and manufacturing partners. He has also worked extensively, often on site, with customers and suppliers to cultivate partnerships to customize and align programs to better serve one another. His vision to provide service so smooth and seamless that it’s invisible to customers is based on the belief that Darcoid can be a customer’s best supplier, regardless of the product supplied.

Gerry has been with Darcoid for over 11 years and offers more than 35 years of experience in the semiconductor and seal industry. As the European Business Development Director, Gerry manages the business operations in Europe. He is also the account manager for Parker UK. He is responsible for supporting existing and new business opportunities abroad.
For 20 years, Gerry was the Global Director of Field Operations at Metron Technology. He supported the installation of the semiconductor capital equipment in Europe, Asia, and Israel. Gerry provides a global perspective to the Darcoid team. Through fulfillment operations and end-user installation, he has developed in-depth knowledge of the seal industry. Gerry offers his expertise in technology and manufacturing quality assurance.
Gerry attended Brunel University and Glasgow Caledonian University, earning an HNC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Gerry currently resides in Edinburgh, Scotland. In his personal time, he plays golf on a myriad of courses. He also enjoys spending time with his three children and grandson.

Tillman joined Darcoid in 2021 with 25 years of experience in the seal industry. As Technical Sales & Account Manager at Darcoid, Tillman supports customers in the Midwest Region with robust sealing solutions produced in Europe, North America, and Asia.
Introduced to seal manufacturing as a tool designer of elastomeric seals, Tillman learned firsthand the inherent challenges of molding and finishing high-precision seals. Subsequent roles as process technician and project engineer advanced his understanding of the manufacturing processes unique to the production of polymer seals.
Tillman brought creativity and an iterative approach to past roles as product development engineer and applications engineer, where he focused on custom seal designs. With the aid of non-linear finite element analysis, Tillman refined good seal design practices and learned the importance of optimizing the entire seal joint.
Tillman’s product development experience spans a wide range of markets with seal designs for aerospace, automotive, life sciences, sustainable energy, and mobile hydraulics (Patent: US7063329). Always working to better understand seal challenges and their solutions, Tillman now collaborates with performance-driven customers to determine how Darcoid can provide the greatest value.

Steve has been with Darcoid for 17 years and has 30 years of experience in Manufacturing and Process Engineering. As a Market Director, Steve manages our Heavy Duty Engine Filtration customers. His main function is to work with the customer to determine the proper product design, validation, and production launch. He establishes and maintains relationships within the organization and with current customers including GMs, Directors, Managers, and Engineers as well as a supply base worldwide.
Steve started in the rubber industry as a product engineer on the manufacturing floor, spending more than 10 years designing production tools, and preparing new projects to be run in production. That experience has helped him to work with the customer to generate PCI’s (Process of Continuous Improvement) ideas for cost savings year to year. One of his strengths is his ability to gain trusted relationships with customers and suppliers.
Steve began his career in the Aerospace Industry as a design engineer. Aerospace is where he was introduced to the rubber industry and he has enjoyed the challenges of helping his customers design new products as well as launching new programs. Steve Earned his engineering degree at BYU. When not working, he enjoys kayaking, fishing, golfing, and visiting beaches whenever possible. He also enjoys playing with his grandbabies.
NEW PROGRAM MANAGER/MARKET DIRECTOR/SALES ENGINEER
Bill joined Darcoid in 2015 and currently serves as a Sr. Account Manager. In this role, Bill manages strategic relationships and initiatives supporting OEMs in several industries. In addition, he also covers several semiconductor fabs that operate within his territory. He is responsible for both maintaining and growing a rather large territory within the Southern U.S. and also has a significant customer base in Mexico He enjoys addressing challenging sealing opportunities. His market expertise includes life science, energy oil and gas (EOG), plumbing, general industrial, semiconductor, and food & beverage.
Bill is an industry veteran with a wealth of knowledge and experience that dates back decades. He has been working in the industrial supply industry his entire career, specifically in seals since 1995. Prior to joining the team at Darcoid, he ran his own Parker Distributorship for twenty years.
Bill earned a B.A in Communications with minors in Human Resource Management and History from the University of Texas. Bill is bilingual, as he is fluent in both English and Spanish. Outside of work, Bill enjoys outdoor activities and sporting events, especially college football and baseball. Bill and his wife Roxanne have three children, Sarah, Caleb, and Aidan.

Miles has been with Darcoid for over 7 years and offers more than 26 years of elastomeric sealing experience; serving multiple industries. As our East Coast Business Development Manager at Darcoid, Miles is responsible for supporting existing OEM partners and finding ways to help new potential partners with engineered sealing solutions
Miles has extensive knowledge of the seal industry from engineering and manufacturing experience in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. His market expertise ranges from Semiconductor, Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, and Heavy Duty to Chemical applications.
Some of his past experiences include working as an engineer for Novellus Systems & Kokusai Semiconductor to install and troubleshoot capital semiconductor equipment in the U.S. and abroad. He supported East Coast OEM and MRO accounts for Parker Hannifin’s Seal Group focused on the Semicon and Solar markets. Prior to joining the Darcoid team, Miles worked for Freudenberg Sealing Technologies and was responsible for the Life Sciences, Chemical, and Food & Beverage MRO & OEM accounts within the U.S.
In addition to his hands-on engineering experience, he also has experience working in business development, manufacturing operations, marketing, and sales. Miles earned a Master of Business Administration, MBA, International Business from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering from Boston University.

Jason has been with Darcoid for 10 years and has over 13 years of engineering experience. Jason started at Darcoid as a summer intern while completing his Mechanical Engineering degree. He returned upon graduation, as the company’s first Applications Engineer. In his initial role as an Applications Engineer, Jason supported the outside sales group with on-site customer visits, seal/gland recommendations, seal failure analysis, print creation, and running in-house testing.
Jason especially enjoyed supporting Bill Sharratt, who was then the account manager for a Fluid Power – Mobility Hydraulics customer. While working with Bill, Jason found his passion for supporting the Fluid Power and Light Mobile Market. After working as an apps engineer for 5 years, Jason accepted the opportunity to become an Account Manager. As an engineer, it doesn’t get much better than being able to go out and ride the products that you played a part in bringing to the market.
In the role of account manager, Jason is responsible for supporting new and existing business for Darcoid’s Fluid Power – Mobility Hydraulics long-term partners. Jason and his team strive to offer cutting-edge sealing products to keep pace with our customer’s ever-evolving needs. Tools such as FEA, physical in-house testing, and 3rd party lab testing help provide a more vetted seal before it gets into our customer’s hands.

Born and raised in Metro Detroit, Jason was interested in pursuing a career inengineering from an early age. He earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a B.S. in Product Design from Michigan State University’s College of Engineering. Allie joined Darcoid in 2021 and is Darcoid’s Marketing Manager. She oversees all of Darcoid’s marketing strategy and digital footprint. Since beginning her role, she has helped implement CRM systems to help align our lead generation strategy. She has also led the efforts in launching a strategic website redesign. Prior to joining Darcoid, Allie spent 9 years in sports event marketing and management, working on major professional sporting events throughout the U.S. She has an expertise in communications, community relations, project management and research.
Allie attended Arizona State University and earned a degree in Communications. When she is not working, Allie enjoys spending time with all of her family, relatives and little cousins. She is a huge San Francisco 49ers Fan and loves watching games on Sundays with her dad.
MARKETING MANAGER
Stephanie offers over 17 years of expertise in the seal industry. She joined Darcoid 2 years ago as the NPI Lead. Stephanie is an expert in customer service and purchasing. For 17 years, Stephanie worked at Parker as a Senior Buyer. She directly contacts suppliers and customers, confirming and placing orders. She will follow through with the order and track it until it reaches the customer.
As the NPI Lead, Stephanie supports the engineering and sales team. Her favorite aspect of the role is interacting with the people she works with. Stephanie has an associate’s degree in business management. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and baking. She also loves riding on the back of a Harley Davidson touring the United States.

Fanny works to build bridges between Darcoid and international customers in Asia. She supports the Darcoid team, further helping them communicate with suppliers in Asia. Fanny joined the Darcoid team 3 years ago. She offers expertise in client services and bilingual communication.
Fanny also has past experience as an E-commerce Coordinator and Social Media Marketing Specialist. She offers extensive experience in customer service experience and a keen awareness of customer needs.
Fanny earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Leisure and Recreation Business Management. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, creating nail art, and outdoor activities.
CUSTOMER SUCCESS, BUSINESS SUPPORT IN ASIA
At 18 years of age, Brian took a summer job at Nor-Cal. Summer turned into a full time job. He continued with Nor-Cal for 20 years, packing orders. When Darcoid acquired Nor-Cal, Brian was asked to stay on, and to increase his responsibilities to include a focus on shipping and receiving. He is now the Operations Manager and has been with Darcoid for over 22 years, remaining as one of the longest-term employees. Brian is extremely well-versed in the operations and distribution industry. As the Operations Manager, Brian leads his team in the warehouse with guidance and his expertise. He is an expert in production orders and international shipping. In 2020, Brian completed the Certified Professional Distribution and Warehousing program. In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time with his family and playing video games.
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Linda joined the Darcoid team 19 years ago. She enjoys working with data and partners to provide informed solutions for customers. Linda has developed and implemented systems to streamline internal controls. She manages the company’s financial assets and financial accounts. Linda monitors and analyzes the financial accounting data.
Linda Graduated from California State University, East Bay with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration. During her free time, she enjoys jogging and spending quality family time.
ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Will Carter joined Darcoid 13 years ago and offers over 18 years of experience in the distribution industry. As the Operations Manager, he oversees the production and distribution center. Will completed the Certified Professional Distribution and Warehousing program in 2020. He helps by setting up distribution centers, training personnel, and managing production time. By creating the run rate system, Will transformed Darcoid’s efficiency in the warehouse. Will enjoys producing music with his kids and exploring the outdoors with his family in Washington.

Jennifer is beginning her 4th year at Darcoid, working as a Customer Experience Representative and Inside Sales Representative. She supports and provides the best service to some of our top next-level customers as well as working on portal support style business models for our Next Level Customers. Jennifer supports the Supply Chain, Finance Department, and Operations to ensure our customers are fully satisfied.
Jennifer went to school at Solano Community College and earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, going to Disneyland, cooking, making makeup tutorials for Instagram, and spending time with her family.

Nick joined the Darcoid team in 2019. He offers over 15 years of experience as an accomplished engineer. As an Application Engineer Nick enjoys supporting customers through equipment, seal, and material recommendations. He has experience in design work; developing medical devices and custom vehicles used as mobile laboratories. Nick’s tooling and test fixture design experience are being utilized in the Darcoid test bench development. This capability is allowing the Engineering team to test custom seals under various environmental conditions to compare customer sealing options with empirical data. Additionally, Nick was involved in the success of two patents in designing an optical aperture sensor and a weighing strategy for dialysis solution bags. Nick earned his Mechanical Engineering B.S. degree while studying at U.C. Santa Barabra. When Nick isn’t providing engineered solutions, he is spending time with his two young sons, gardening, tending to his chickens, or backpacking in the California Wilderness.

Sal joined the Darcoid team in 2018 shortly after graduating from the University of Portland with a degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Business Administration. He was originally a Business Analyst but moved to his current role in Sales Operations in 2020. He works together with the Sales Team to help grow the business with lead generation and new business development in mind. Sal provides Darcoid with numerous tools that hold us accountable for achieving our goals for our customers. He also works with Darcoid’s Next Level Program®, advocating for our customers’ success through a valued partnership with Darcoid. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, going to the beach, and attending San Francisco Giants games.
SALES OPERATIONS
Tara joined Darcoid in 2021 and offers over 22 years of experience. She is the Original Equipment Program Manager at Darcoid. For 22 years, Tara worked at Parker, organizing and planning inventory for the sales department. She offers expansive knowledge from her experience in the seal industry. At Darcoid, Tara analyzes data to make sure there is a correct balance of stock. She aims to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory. Tara has successfully completed SPC target training and has won an award for plastic injection molding at Parker. In Tara’s free time she enjoys taking a ride on one of her three Harley Davidson. As a mom of two, she also enjoys spending time with her kids.
O.E. PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Jeff is in his second year at Darcoid. In his role as a Buyer, his main goal is to ensure the right parts and quantities are ordered and delivered on time. Jeff joined Darcoid in 2021 during an extremely difficult and
challenging time in supply chain due to various global issues. His knowledge in logistics and supply chain processes has helped him become quickly acclimated and solve problems that arise. Jeff’s also brings expertise in relationship-building, supply chain management, and customer service.
Before Darcoid, he spent several years in the fine-dining restaurant industry while working toward his degree. Although he still considers himself green, he believes his education and previous experience in the hospitality industry will help him build long-term relationships with existing and new suppliers.
Additionally, Jeff attended the University of Houston where he graduated with a BBA in Supply Chain Management/Minor in Management and earned National Honor Society along with numerous Dean’s List awards. He is also APICS certified in Transportation and Logistics with plans to finish his CPIM certification soon. Outside of work, he enjoys teaching himself Python programming, reading, listening to music, working out, and runs an online e commerce business where he sells vinyl records to people all over the world.
BUYER
Kristie is beginning her ninth year at Darcoid. She has over 20 years of experience in Customer Service and Sales Support. Kristie enjoys communicating and developing strong relationships with customers. She loves problem-solving and discovering solutions to accommodate customers. Kristie always utilizes her skills in sales order support, scheduling, pricing, office coordination, and account development to ensure a good customer experience. Kristie spends her free time hiking, boogie boarding at the beach, playing pickleball, going to the gym, and listening to live music.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE
John joined Darcoid as the Quality Manager at the beginning of 2019. He ensures that the entirety of the quality program continues to meet and exceed all expectations, from the assurance of good product quality to maintaining the company’s quality certifications. John led the charge to get Darcoid certified to the IATF 16949:2016 standard in 2020 and prides his team on the company’s excellent quality record. With past experience in both the manufacturing and customer service worlds, John brings a well-rounded perspective to Darcoid’s mission in sealing excellence.
QUALITY MANAGER
Max is in his first year with Darcoid as the Applications Engineering Manager. In his role, he manages the applications engineering team, the test bench, and assists with production optimization/automation.
Max brings 15 years of electro-mechanical engineering, engineering management, and business management experience in multiple industries to Darcoid. He is excited to help continue developing Darcoid’s internal and external systems and processes, in order to best meet our customer’s needs.
In his free time, Max can be found rock climbing, skiing, running, and dancing with his wife and dog.
APPLICATIONS ENGINEERING MANAGER
Kevin has been with Darcoid for over four years as an Applications Engineer. He provides support to the Sales team through many of our engineering processes and technical capabilities. These include the design and optimization of seals, manufacturing processes, material analysis, and seal performance studies.
Kevin earned his Mechanical Engineering B.S. at the University of California, Davis. In his free time, you will find him powerlifting, traveling, trying new things, or enjoying good food.
APPLICATIONS ENGINEER
Keith started with Darcoid as a Buyer in October 2018 and made the transition to the Supply Chain Manager in October 2021. He successfully manages the supply chain for Darcoid and the complexities that come with it. This includes the management of multiple distribution centers in three different countries and developing and cultivating key relationships with manufacturing partners. This helps us excel through these unprecedented and unpredictable supply chain conditions such as shortages, lockdowns, delays, capacity constraints, manufacturing issues and delays, logistics delays, and so on.
Keith has nearly 10 years of experience in the OEM automotive industry. This includes manufacturing experience in LEAN production environments, roles in leadership, process improvement, staff training, guidance, and supply chain.
Keith has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Operations Management from CSU Stanislaus. Additionally, he obtained his CPIM supply chain certification from APICS. Away from work, Keith is an outdoorsman, with a small obsession for photography. In his free time, he likes to step away from most electronic devices (except for the camera) and distractions and go out in nature to go hiking, mountain biking, take photos, and just take in the scenery and experience.
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER
Yamita has been working with our customers and providing them with a high-level customer experience for 22 years. She is responsible for customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring each interaction meets the customer’s needs. Yamita has built significant expertise working with customers in a broad range of industries. She has developed specialized knowledge in supporting Tier 1 Automotive customers from new projects through ramp to mass production and program end-of-life.
The favorite aspect of her position is the always positive feedback she receives from customers.
Yamita manages a team of 6 customer service representatives that are centrally located to support our customers in their time zones. She is also one of Darcoid’s longest-tenured employees, after joining the team in 1999.
In her free time, Yamita can be found at the BBQ, or playing board games with her family.
