Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and win new business within assigned territory
  • Conduct onsite customer meetings, plant tours, and technical discovery sessions
  • Build strong relationships with engineers, supply chain, and operations teams
  • Identify new applications, cross-sell opportunities, and sampling needs
  • Present quotes, negotiate pricing, and close opportunities
  • Maintain accurate opportunity stages, forecasting, and activity notes in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, applications engineering, and quality to support customer needs
  • Represent Darcoid at industry events, tradeshows, and customer symposiums
  • Support project kickoff cycles and ensure smooth handoffs to internal teams

Qualifications
 

  • 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience (manufacturing or distribution preferred)
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to build long-term customer partnerships
  • Comfortable discussing technical concepts with engineers and operations teams
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at managing a territory pipeline
  • Results-driven with strong follow-through and customer advocacy
  • Ability to travel regularly for onsite customer meetings
