You will be responsible for advocating for your customers through Next Level Service. Darcoid supplies seals to Original Equipment Manufacturers in industries such as automotive, aerospace, autonomous vehicles, renewable energy, robots, and more.

Customer Service Summary of Functions

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for a high level of customer care through accurate order entry, scheduling, fulfillment and value proposition.

Organizational Relationships

Reports directly to the Customer Experience Manager. Internally works in with the CSR Team, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations and Outside Sales. Externally, works and regularly communicates with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Receive and accurately enter orders into ERP
  • Complete and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Maintain technical and industry knowledge by attending educational workshops
  • Work with internal departments to meet and exceed customer's needs
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing other tasks as needed or assigned by manager

Qualifications
 

  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
  • Driven to support customer and advocate for our customers needs
  • Results oriented with a clear and calm demeanor
